Before Session
Preparing for your EE Session
- Start hydrating 24 hours in advance. Your body has a much better capacity to heal when well hydrated. You can bring water with you as well as obtain it at the Center. Only water is allowed in the Regenesys Room.
- Dress in comfortable, layered clothing for your sessions. If your body tends to cool-down as you relax, feel free to bring your favorite pillow and blanket to ensure your maximum comfort.
- We recommend that you have a light snack before your session. You don't want to be hungry, but you also don't want your body to be focused on digesting a big meal.
- Sessions are booked on the hour with a 2-hour minimum. Two hour+ sessions are recommended to start your body on its healing journey.
- Please arrive 15 minutes before your session, but no earlier due to limited space. Late arrivals cause disruption to those already relaxing in the Regenesys Room. Late arrivals will result in decreased session time.
- Lights will be dim, but you can bring a sleep mask if you'd like complete darkness.
- If you prefer your own meditation music, please bring noise canceling headphones or a device with earbuds so you can listen to your own media.
- Please be courteous to other guests by remaining quiet and having any electronic device in airplane mode and set to silent with dimmed brightness.
- Please minimize the use of perfumes,oils or other scents as some guests are extremely sensitive to odors.
